Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fold Company ("Fold," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Fold.page website, software, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). It does not cover data processed by third-party websites built using the Service — each Fold.page customer is responsible for their own site's privacy practices.
1. Information We Collect
Purchase & license information. When you buy a license, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment details directly. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Information you provide directly. If you email us (e.g. ) or otherwise contact us, we collect whatever information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message.
Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our servers and hosting/CDN providers may automatically log basic technical data when you visit our site or download the Service, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and timestamps, typically for security, debugging, and abuse-prevention purposes.
2. Cookies

8. Your Rights
